PRAYER FOR ALL MEN1 Tim 2:1-3 " I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. As you make your requests, plead for God"s mercy upon them and give thanks. Pray this way for Kings and all others who are in authority, so that we can live in peace and quietness, in godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our savior.
God is a God of purpose and His purposes are eternal. Like apostle Paul (Phil.3:10), we all want to know God and to know God is to know HIs will for us- to know what He wants us to do, because God created mankind for and with a desired purpose. The above scripture is one of them: To pray for all men. We are also urged to pray for kings and all others who are in authority.
May 14 is election day and we are to exercise our rights. We will vote for men and women to occupy choiced seats of governance. The more needful it is for us to pray that God give to us the leaders we need and not the leaders that we deserve.
If we wish to reap the benefits of good government, lets agree with God - heart, soul, mind and strength - to bring about God"s will. Lets give God an earthly incense to intervene in this election for the good of our nation.

What some quarters thought of as the end of somebody"s ministry, God in His grace and mercy turned it around and thus, an Exodus began. From our exit point, the group gathered together at the airconditioned office of one of our elders at Chavez Street, Davao City and celebrated there the goodness and lovingkindess of our Lord for one whole month. From there, we transferred to Sunburst Fried Chicken in Tiongko Ave., then to Sunya Restaurant in San Pedro St. Davao City.
On the 4th month, God brought us to where we are at present: 2F Escobarte Bldg., Patnubay St. SIR2 New Matina Davao City. In this place also we adopted the God-given name: HIS Shelter Ministries.
With nothing to begin with, these bunch of God-loving and caring people are grateful to God for all the blessings He has showered us with, including the musical instruments and equipment we are using every Sunday morning as we gather to praise and worship the One and True Living God.
We are a FULL GOSPEL PENTECOSTAL Church under the covering of THE HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH IN THE PHILIPPINES INC., our desire is to be known as a church who freely gives, loves, is kind and do miracles. We want to train the young in the way they should go; discipling them to disciple others.
